As one of the five core partners that make up USAID’s EQUIP Consortium, Anova is working to address the healthcare needs of Key Populations in relation to 90-90-90 targets and in relation to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP). EQUIP is an effective and efficient response mechanism to achieving global HIV epidemic control by delivering the right intervention at the right place.
Recently, EQUIP launched Namibia’s first ever PrEP (Pre-exposure prophylaxis) driven campaign with great results.
In this podcast, Senior Implementing Officer for the Anova Global Programme, Dianne Massawe, shares some of her experiences of the programme. She discusses why it was so effective, what some of the challenges were, and what she hopes to see manifest in the foreseeable future for EQUIP if she could use a magic wand.
