We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Administrator that will provide effective administration to the Recruitment Manager.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Day to day administration support of recruitment
  • Adding candidates to the database and updating records
  • Advertise vacancies on internet/career sites & other relevant mediums
  • Assess prospective candidates and match to job specifications
  • Invite prospective candidates for interviews
  • Ensure all relevant ITC/credit checks, reference checks
  • Regret unsuccessful applicants and ensure candidates’ application documentation is filed for future opportunities

Essential qualifications and experience

  • HR qualification or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of recruitment process
  • Able to present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets
  • Computer literate, MS Office (Word, advanced Excel and PowerPoint)

The successful candidate should have:

  • The ability to work and learn independently
  • Work with confidential information & adhere to an ethical code of practice
  • Should be an effective communicator verbally as well as through writing skills
  • Ability to operate under pressure
  • Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
