HIVSA offers comprehensive, therapeutic care to those individuals infected with and affected by HIV and their families, especially those living in impoverished circumstances.
HIVSA continues to develop and implement innovative and multidisciplinary programmes which directly contribute to the increased wellbeing, upliftment and life skills education of people living with HIV. In Gauteng, HIVSA provides comprehensive support services and has developed an exciting training initiative for lay counsellors who form the backbone of health services. This provides them with a certified qualification to develop their careers.
